Patricia is Founder and CEO of Roses & Rye. She is also a happy Mom. Previously, she co-founded Bergine, a flash-sale business acquired by Gilt Groupe. In 2006, she created CalfeeSchoolGuide.org, an award-winning K12 education program that became a San Francisco Unified School District managed non-profit. Patricia's work was honored with an AT&T Community Hero Award. She began her career managing public relations campaigns for Ian Schrager Company, Young & Rubicam, and Razorfish and received a B.A. from University of San Francisco. As Strategic Principal, Beverly drives growth and merchandising for Roses & Rye. She previously served as General Merchandising Manager and SVP for GAP, Banana Republic, Williams-Sonoma and Pottery Barn. During her tenure at GAP, Beverly became a mother for the first time. After her child was born, she conceived the idea for babyGAP while working with GAP CEO, Mickey Drexler. Beverly built babyGAP into one of the company’s most successful divisions. In 2003, Harvard Business School published a case study profiling her retail career.

ian picache

Ian Picache is an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and Dad. He is the co-founder of San Francisco based Roses & Rye. In 2010, he co-founded Bergine, a luxury flash-sale business. Seven months after launching, Internet retail pioneer Gilt Groupe acquired Bergine. Ian has invested in a variety of businesses spanning a wide range of industries, previously with Technology Crossover Ventures, Vanguard Ventures and Telesoft Partners, and currently with Picache Holdings. Ian began his career at Morgan Stanley. He received his B.A. from Dartmouth College and M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
